YXL Series Hot Air Circulation Type Baking Furnace

  Application  

Very suitable for the intermittent baking of various type of acid and alkaline welding electrodes. It can also be used for the heating and drying of all types of solid material with operation temperature under 450°C and the heat treatment for nonferrous metal. 

  Features  

Heating the materials through convection air, circulation fan and ejection aeration system can ensure the hot air circulate in level turbulence to guarantee the temperature uniform inside each material layer and fast the heat exchange. 

Aluminum silicate fiber is used for temperature preservation.

Floating soleplates structure is used to keep the flatness of furnace bottom under different temperature heating.

The heating source can be diesel oil, natural gas or electricity.

This furnace has automatic ignition, flame monitoring, automatic temperature display, multi-temperature automatic control, automatic thermal preservation and thermal preservation defer.

If furnace is fixed with intelligent program controller, heating process curve can be set at will and automatic tracking finish.

If this furnace can compound with afterheat low temperature room to form a heating system, which will highly improve the thermal efficiency and productivity.
